Niagara, Wisconsin....Roots

Check out early history on the Niagara Area Historical Society. Some of the earlier content from the museum can be found on "rootsweb.com". It should be noted that these links are not maintained by us and they are a mere reference to history. This information was last updated in the year 2006. The earlier website from which these documents are found and credited was created by Tom Duescher, Denmark, Wisconsin and GG Grandson of John Stoveken Sr.

Did you know that John Stoveken Sr. & Jr. were owners of the first sawmill and paper mill located at Lower Quinnesec Falls 1889-1898 (pre-Niagara days).
